We are able to provide Public Notary services to individuals, small and large businesses, banks and government bodies.

Appointments are required and sufficient photo identification must be evidenced to the Notary at the time of the consultation. Additional fees may apply if the Notary is required to verify identification.
Our fees for Notarisation are dependant upon the number of persons signing the documentation and the number of signatures required to be imprinted by our Notary.
Our standard fees are $110.00 for the first signature by the Notary and $10.00 for each additional signature thereafter provided all documentation is notarised in the one appointment. Example: If you are the only person signing the documentation, the fees will be $110.00 + $10.00 for each additional signature by the Notary.
Subsequent signatories i.e. where two or more people are required to sign the documentation will be charged at $20.00 for the first signature and $10.00 for each additional signature. Example: If you and a friend are signing the documentation, the fees will be $110.00 + $20.00 + $10.00 for each additional signature by the Notary.
Bulk Notarisations will be available at a discounted rate however please contact our office for a confirmed quote.
